A Letter from Our CEO

Tuesday, March 17, 2020

Dear FCCU members and community,

The relationship Frontier Community Credit Union has with our members stretches far beyond banking. We sincerely care about the health and safety of all we serve.

  • Considering the ongoing developments resulting from the coronavirus (COVID-19), we will postpone our annual meeting, originally scheduled for Tuesday, March 24, 2020. Our goal is to reschedule as soon as it’s appropriate and prudent, so that we will be able to report on the financial condition of the credit union to our members.

  • For the safety of everyone, we ask that those who are not feeling well avoid branch trips if possible. We encourage you to access your Frontier Community Credit Union accounts 24/7 from your home using our mobile app or online banking. You can deposit checks, transfer money, check account balances and much more all from your computer or mobile device.

    • Log into/Sign up for online banking.

    • Download our mobile app, using the Google Play or App Store buttons at the top of the page.

  • The credit union is also part of the CO-OP ATM and Shared Branch networks, should you wish to reduce personal contact and practice social distancing.

  • As a community, we take care of each other. We're here to help if you're experiencing financial pressure due to the coronavirus. We encourage you to contact us for assistance with loan payments, credit limit increases or emergency cash if you are being impacted.

We will continue to be here for you and our community as we monitor reports and follow recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control.

Very respectfully,

Michael J. Augustine, President & CEO
